European Project: TensiNet

Tensinet is a European project fundet by the European Commision for three years (April 2001-March 2004).

The consortium of Tensinet consists of 22 participating organisations with representitives from 9 EU member states. The membership forms a complementary group representing multi-disciplinary industries (coater and weaver, manufacturer, producer, engineering and architecture offices), universities and other associations. Within the tematic network the partners make the knowledge of their specific domain available and exchange and share know-how between different disciplines.

Tensinet assembles and analyses existing data and integrates this expertise in the knowledge bases of www.tensinet.com.
